Larards Lets and Lets Sell support Hull City on their pre-season launch day at the KC Stadium, with over 8,000 fans in attendance.
The Larards Lets team with our stall at the event, and Hull City fans visit for letting and sales information.
The crowds gather to take part in our "guess the number of keys in the jar" competition and winner of Rory the Tiger - James age 3 from West Hull.

Larards Lets officially open our new premises at 18 Grammar School Yard, Castle Street, Hull, HU1 1SE. Members of the letting and management team open The Property Shop, taking lettings and sales enquiries at our new City Centre location. Hayley Oldfield, Senior Property Manager, celebrates 21 years with the company this month. "From first starting in 1988 I saw Larards, as it was then, as the premier letting agent. Having worked through numerous positions within the company I still uphold that view now. I have been successful in obtaining a number of qualifications cumulating with my membership of ARLA. Larards Property Management Limited, trading as Larards Lets, acquired the Residential Letting and Property Management business of F A Larard and Sons. “This is a natural and seemless progression of business ensuring continuity of service for our existing clients”. Directors Glen Welbourne and Lesley Ormston, each having over 20 years experience with Larards, and Associate, Kay Welbourne, now have the challenge of bringing the business into a new era.
