Larards Lets are specialilst letting agents with appropriately qualified and motivated employees, dedicated to maintaining close contact with the business community, local employers, accommodation agencies and other sources of potential tenants.
As you would expect from leading property professionals, we also provide residential valuations and a comprehensive sales services under our Lets Sell brand together with Energy Performance Certificates and domestic energy saving advice under our Lets Go Green brand.

A Brief History
Larards Lets was established by Glen & Kay Welbourne and Lesley Ormston in 2003 and we acquired the property management business of F A Larard & Sons upon the retirement of former partners John and Stephen Larard.

Larards Lets is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), operating to a Code of Practice far higher than the law requires. As Chartered Surveyors client and tenant money in our care is protected thereby safeguarding the financial interests of landlords and tenants. Larards Lets is accredited by the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and we represent our clients on the Humber Landlords Association.

Managing Director, Glen Welbourne BSc(Hons) Land Management MRICS FARLA FNAEA, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in the early 1980s and, having gained over 30 years experience with Larards, is recognised as a leading specialist in all aspects of residential investment, letting and property management.
